4th of July

This year for the 4th of July a friend of ours, Rick Stutsman, invited us to run in a 5k & 1 mile run that his stake puts on every year. Glenn ran the 5K, Dallin ran the 1 mile, Aubrey road her scooter 1 mile and I jogged with Liam and Reese in the stroller 1 mile. They had a flag raising ceremony afterwards. I couldn't resist doing a mini photo shoot of Reese in her festive outfit. After the run we packed up and headed down to Aunt Cyndi's where we have spent the 4th of July for the last 5 years. This year we took our bikes and went for a ride, went swimming, had a BBQ and of course set off fireworks and sparklers. This is one of my favorite holidays because you don't have to stress out about preparing for it. You just get to hang out with family & friends and enjoy this beautiful country and the freedom that we have.
