Big Boy!
My little man Liam is now a big boy. We potty trained him about a month or so ago. He LOVES that he is a big boy. But with the big boy comes big attitude. Now he thinks he rules the world. It's actually really cute when he gets his attitude, but of course I can't put up with it. We all really enjoy this Mr. Independent. He can make us chuckle so easily. Oh, and since he is now in "Big Boy Underwear" he wants to show them off to everyone and refuses to wear clothes more often than not.

Our Anniversary
For our 8th Anniversary (end of January) this year we decided to do something crazy. We signed up for a Super Spartan race in Temecula. 8.5 miles (ALL super steep hills, might I add) and 20+ obstacles. I'll be honest, I got really nervous before the race started and was swearing in my head throughout the race. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Childbirth was harder, but this probably comes in second. It took me 3.5 hours to finish, and Glenn a whopping 2.5 hours. Afterwards Glenn tells me "I still had more in me. I could have kept going." I kinda wanted to hit him because it seriously took almost everything I had for me to finish. Glenn has since signed up for a half marathon and the Spartan Beast, which is 12.5 miles with like somewhere around a million obstacles in Midway, UT this summer. Looks like he was bit by the race bug.
After our race we went to dinner and stayed in a hotel in Temecula with NO kids! It was great! I think I fell asleep earlier than I normally do, which is really early. It was such a fun weekend and I can't wait for Glenn's races.
